Professionalism and great customer service "Jazz" from the beginning and followed up when it was over ensuring it was a good fit and everything went well. It's rare to find great service with everyone involved. It was my first time to Elements and I will definitely be back. I had concerns with a pinch nerve and Tom even did research before my arrival. I felt I was in good hands. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions it was a great experience. Thank you!
