My experience was AMAZING! The staff members at the check-in were super friendly and courteous. The facility and massage rooms were very clean with a nice welcoming vibe. My massage was excellent and I have never been so relaxed during any massage in any other place. I highly recommend the hot stones, which definitely complemented the entire massage in the best way possible. I was extremely pleased with everything and will definitely return soon!

The staff are super friendly and efficient. My massage therapist, Melanie, is outstanding. I almost always drift off as soon as she begins the massage. I feel so relaxed when I leave. The atmosphere is quiet and soothing. I love that they are open 7 days a week as that makes scheduling a convenient appointment easier. I do, however, book my appointments for the next 3 months at a time so I will always have the day, time and therapist of my choosing. I enjoy it so much I have the membership which allows for better pricing as well.

I truly enjoy my experience at Elements Massage of Pinecrest. My therapist Chaneli understands back pain and takes the time to help me feel comfortable, relaxed, and educates me on stretches and techniques that can help improve my back health. She is gentle, uses medium pressure and techniques to help alleviate my pain. I would definitely recommend her.
