Isa created a very relaxing atmosphere and provided a massage that really helped my mind relax. First time receiving so much focus on my neck and shoulders as most therapists leave that out. The touch was gentle yet firm and tension releasing. Will definitely be coming back.

Last Thursday I started to have symptoms of stiff neck and shoulder pain. I realized I needed a massage to help alleviate it when nothing else was working. I had been to Element before, and it was an okay experience. But when I read Devin's profile, I felt a connection and safety. So I scheduled my first massage with Devin. They listened when we chatted before the massage. I felt safe and taken care of. The actual massage was incredible. They were able to quickly pin point locations on my shoulder and back that were causing the issue. We also discovered how much we have in common and had a lively conversation almost the entire massage (which we admitted was unusual for both of us, LOL). Laughing, giggling, sharing stories. The whole experience was so awesome, and I feel so lucky to have found Devin. What an awesome therapist and individual.

Front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. Glad to see the tea and water is back in the lobby. The new linens on the massage tables are a little rough, not as comfortable as the previous linens. The convenience of the membership is great.
