Every time I come in for an appointment, the front staff is engaging and helpful, and of course, professional. I am always greeted by of course, Massage Therapist and delighted to see them. During the Massage they ask how is the level of pressure to my Massage. Is there any certain areas That need attention? I’m very glad I have a membership at the Portsmouth location. It comes in handy. knowing that I have a few stocked up in my account.
I have been a member for several years and really look forward to my monthly 'reset'. I build up considerable tension in my body - think forearms, IT band and shoulders - and the relief that I get is amazing. While it is a privilege to be able to afford it, it's therapy more than luxury. When I have to miss due to schedule, I really feel it. I consider my monthly massage as one of the most important things I do for my overall health and well-being!
Sabrina is THE BEST! She is the reason I have retained my membership all these years. There are no other therapists on staff that I'm interested in seeing. Also, a 50- to 60-minute appointment just isn't enough time...the longer options are one of the highlights of membership. I'll share some constructive feedback...the scheduling process is REALLY frustrating. I used to be able to book ahead up to 6 months. Now I have no idea when the 'window' for scheduling new appointments is open. I don't have any future appointments scheduled...if I check online or call the studio, I'm not able to book anything. I don't like the idea of paying a monthly membership fee when I can't make an appointment and I have to keep logging into my account or calling the studio. It's not very customer-friendly. I'm considering canceling my membership but would welcome the opportunity to speak with management to see if there's something I'm not doing correctly! Above all, thank you.
