*First, you are greated when you open the door. *Second, there is not a wait, if so it is because you are a few min early or you are verifying the service you will be receiving. *Third, the Therapist is excellent and there has never been a time when she doesn't ask what area shall we focus on or not on during the visit. *Fourth, I have NEVER had a BAD experience.
