Besides the quality of the therapists -- the most important element for me -- I do enjoy the convenience of the monthly membership, the ease of scheduling, the convenient hours and the in-town location. The bathroom & therapy rooms are clean, too. Convenience+quality=win. My regular massage therapist, Forrest, is really skilled -- as have been several of the therapists I've seen in the past, although not all have been so terrific that I put them on repeat.

Check in is always a breeze, the front desk staff are always accommodating and friendly. Forrest is an excellent therapist who takes the time to get to know his clients, understand focus areas, and cater your massage each time. Overall, I have had nothing but excellent experiences at Elements.
