From the moment I walk into the establishment in RVC, till check out i feel like an individual receiving an authentic massage experience. The staff at the front desk always greets me by name and with a friendly smile. The establishment is clean, friendly and inviting. My masseuse is top notch, Nichelle. She accommodates all of my knots, pains and discomforts with exact measures. I never feel any pressure to purchase anything extra. Upon check out, the rebooking process is flawless. I have a monthly subscription for years now.
