Very friendly staff and I loved my masseuse, Cassie. I also think the membership is a very good deal if you plan on getting regular massages. The membership isn't outrageous like many other service memberships and you actually save quite a bit on regular massages. I've been looking for a masseuse that I liked so I could get regular massages and the I finally found her.

Everyone is very professional and congenial as well. They address you by name, and are accurate. I have had probably 4-5 service providers during the 3 years I have had a membership and each, although different styles, have done an excellent job, When I travel, if I prefer, I can use my membership out of town.
