My first massage was not what I was expecting and needing. While checking out, I voiced my expectation and experience when asked how it went while checking out. I was immediately assured that it was the businesses policy that poor experiences were rectified and was rescheduled for a massage with one of the lead therapists for two days later. The second massage was fantastic, and I noticed that the effects of the massage were much longer lasting than most massages I’ve had in recent years. I was so impressed by my second visit that I signed up for a membership that day. I’m very much looking forward to my next massage.
Everyone is friendly at the reception desk. My massage therapist seemed to genuinely care about how I felt and gave me suggestions on at home care I can do between appointments.
Jackie is the best! She is very personable, and knows very well how to get rid of my stubborn knots. She always checks in if the pressure is ok and can definitely adjust.
The staff at the front desk are great. I have had massages from several different therapist and they have all been a good experience. It is close to home for me and I have a membership so there is a good discount. They are just completing a remodel and it turned out really nice.
Tammy had been my massage therapist at a previous clinic. She's so amazing that when she announced she had to leave, I followed her to the new clinic. With a body plagued from the complex medical issues of Ehlers-danlos, it's a relief to know that someone is not only looking out for my safety and well-being, but is also willing to educate themselves to ensure that safety!
