From reception to the therapists, the staff are amazing...warm and welcoming. I always have a great massage from Jeny and look forward to seeing her each time. As far as the business end goes, I find that the membership is a good value. The lobby is inviting and comfortable. The rooms and restrooms are always clean and fresh. That is a big deal. I would...and have...recommended Elements to my friends, family, and others. I have been a client for more than 10 years. PS Now that facials are available, I have had a couple as well. Very enjoyable and my skin looked and felt great afterwards. Love the Lemon Cream facial scrub!
