Front desk staff is excellent. Always friendly and accommodating. Special "shout-out" to Kate, who is exceptional. Have used 3 different massage therapists, due to scheduling. All are excellent and professional. Becoming a member is definitely worthwhile, even if you only plan to go a few times.
