I'm very happy with the two services (two one-hour massages) I received in 2024 and this year. I saw Amber the first time and Billy the second. Both therapists were very friendly and had great suggestions for how to ease tension and pain and both suggested follow-up massages. The front desk staff is very friendly and communicative. I would definitely recommend Elements to anyone needing a massage in the San Mateo area.

Lauren is an amazing massage therapist and I really enjoyed my session with her! Have recommended her to my mom and husband as well. One piece of feedback I might communicate is that she is very talkative throughout the massage which was a bit distracting - one tip I might have is to check in with the customer on whether they prefer more conversation during the massage or whether they prefer more silence to be able to relax. Thanks again for a great visit!
