Excellent facial from Fatima. She asked me if I wanted a relaxing experience or wanted her to explain what she's doing. That's not a choice you usually get! Really appreciated it. She has a very gentle but expert manner. Commented on skin condition and challenges and recommended skincare but in a positive and non pushy way.
