I came in as a first time visitor and terrible pain. Shiv listened and tailored my treatment exactly to my needs. He checked in regularly to make sure that the pressure was ok and was not making my pain any worse. I had told him that I wanted all of the time focused on my area of trouble, and he listened! When I left, I was so relieved and felt so much better that I almost could not believe it. Now, a few days later, I still feel so much better and appreciative of his efforts and kindness.

I'm very happy with the two services (two one-hour massages) I received in 2024 and this year. I saw Amber the first time and Billy the second. Both therapists were very friendly and had great suggestions for how to ease tension and pain and both suggested follow-up massages. The front desk staff is very friendly and communicative. I would definitely recommend Elements to anyone needing a massage in the San Mateo area.
