The staff! I have been going to elements in Saugus for about seven years. Whether I’m going to see Liz for one of her incredible massages or a Alyse for an expertly done facial, I always look forward to my visits and walk out the door feeling relaxed and renewed.The entire team at Elements in Saugus has taken incredibly good care of me since day one, especially Sasha at the front desk. She is so personable, and friendly, and makes me feel so welcome as a regular customer/member.
