RE N Scottsdale location, receptionists were very nice and helpful, not pushy. Masseuse was very good. Room was clean and well appointed. I didn't like the scents they had BUT they had them out in waiting room so you could test them which was really nice. I had a basic massage so can't speak to specialties or add ons. Overall, I liked the vibe there, felt comfortable and they were busy but on time and calm.
