My massage therapist Dean, who I’ve been seeing monthly for a year now is the best!! Totally targets my problem areas. Got to know me so well I don’t have to explain what’s bothering me. His knowledge is top notch. He’s even gone the the extra to do some research on an issue I’ve been having. He’s also so friendly and just makes the process that much more enjoyable. Also the girls at the desk on Monday nights are so friendly and personable, they know me by name and always know what I prefer for future appointments. This is the ONLY place I’ve been committed to faithfully getting a massage every month. Positive experience from day one!!!

I had the unfortuate experience of two last minute cancellations by Elements and after explaining to them that I was upset because my time is also very valuable, I was given one free one hour massage in return. I think a business that can recognize their mistake and make it up to the customer without hesitation is worth while. I will say it would have been nice if the free massage would have been offered right out of the gate after the second cancellation occurred without me having to complain in order to have it made right. I do love the massage therapists I have seen, they are thorough and knowledgeable, I very much appreciate their care.
