The esthetician Jessiey took the time to understand my skin concerns and explained each step of the process, which made me feel comfortable and cared for. The products used felt gentle and refreshing, and I noticed an immediate glow and softness in my skin afterward. The atmosphere was relaxing, with calming music and a clean, soothing environment. Maxi was so inviting and made me so comfortable. I don't get massage often, so stripping down isn't the most comfortable thing to do. She was very respectful and warm demeanored. She has firm and discerning hands. I left feeling relieved and healed. The whole atmosphere was also very soothing and clean. I'll be back soon!
