My massage therapist was great, very communicative and helpful. We adjusted pressure once or twice and then she did excellent. She gave me some advice for stretching and helping my body when it was done. The music was neutral. The sheets on the massage bed were not very soft, pretty scratchy, that would be one piece of feedback given the price and how long you are lying there, that the sheets should be nicer. Also the fan could have been less blowy. It was noisy. But the experience with the massage therapist was excellent.

I've had some great massages and excellent facials there so far. Each specialist listens to what I am looking for and delivers! The front desk can be hit or miss. Some of the front desk folks seem angry when I ask questions or when I ask to rebook. Almost "annoyed". Some of them are super nice and helpful. It depends on who you get. I walk on egg shells when I check in or out to try to not annoy them.

Every staff member I have met and spoken to at the front desk is polite, friendly and go far beyond their duties; I have met them all and they all know my name. That in itself is impressive, but that which follows is close to a miracle.
What can a say about Joseph...his hands are pure magic! It does not matter if I am under those ten digits, which seem to have been blessed by the gods, for one hour, or two hours.............you are transported to another level of relaxation and, whatever baggage you entered with, you leave with an inner calm that can only be described as complete euphoria. It is as though Joseph silently knows through some empathic gift, exactly what you need. In short, he is a living treasure.
