The massages were wonderful but what really made me want to leave a great review is how they went above and beyond before we even arrived! I bought my wife two gift cards five years ago but we had completely forgotten about them until Elements called to let us know they were going to expire. We didn’t even have the actual gift cards and would’ve never remembered having bought them, so we are extremely appreciative that they called. The massages were excellent as well, so we will definitely be going back!

I just had my first massage here and wow—what an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was calming and the staff was welcoming. My massage therapist was attentive, professional, and truly skilled. I left feeling more relaxed and refreshed than I have in a long time—absolutely worth it! One small note for first-timers: I received a discounted price as part of a promotion, but noticed after the fact that the 20% gratuity was calculated based on the original full price. It wasn’t a huge deal, and the massage was honestly worth every penny, but I would have appreciated a heads-up about that. Still, I highly recommend this place if you're looking for top-notch service and a deeply relaxing experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Receptionist was very helpful and welcoming. Massage was great. My only critique would be for the therapist to slow down when doing passes. Next time I will request this as you need to feel out how someone is the first time.
