This was my first massage with Clenishia, and my first massage in 6 months due to some back issues. I really wanted to get a massage to help me relax and to help with soreness from physical therapy, but was also very nervous to try doing that with a masseuse that was new to me. Well, there was nothing to fear, Clenishia quickly got up to speed my issues, gave me a perfect massage for my needs that day, and I have now found my new go-to person!

Glenn is a great massage therapist, id recommend him to anybody with chronic pain or knots that don’t feel like they’ll stretch out. Elements is a bit on the expensive side, but they provide excellent service, which makes them my preferred massage provider that I’ve tried in the city.

The moment I walk in I'm greeted by name. The front desk staff especially Ish & Nikki make me feel welcomed. They are able to deal with my many reschedules & assure me once I walk in the door it's time to relax. Rodman is simply amazing! Taking the time to first ask me about about any areas he should focus on & how he understands me & gets down to business. This is my dream team.
