Very friendly staff. Great relaxing massage. Very pleasant relaxing atmosphere. The sound system plays mellow music mixed with birdsong. I could easily spend the day there. I highly recommend the south Greenfield Elements location. I just love the people there. So friendly.

The ladies at the check in desk are always polite, welcoming, and helpful. I always leave feeling refreshed and have had nothing but wonderful massage therapists. I now have a regular therapist I see once a month. Self care is definitely necessary and these people know how to make it happen effortlessly.

I've been a member here for years because it's such a great experience. The staff is friendly and efficient. The location is perfectly clean and well-maintained. I've been going to Ahdra for a couple of years and she is amazing! She is friendly and professional and tailors the massage to my current needs. I highly recommend Ahdra and Elements.
