I have been going to the Spokane Valley Elements for many, many years. I enjoy the ease of making an appointment and the variety of therapists depending on your need. I recently had a 90 minute session that started with a 30 minute deep stretch and finished with a 60 minute massage. I like the fact that all the therapists I have seen are responsive to my needs and will focus on the issues I have.
