felt very comfortable from the moment i entered. both receptionists were friendly and knowledgeable. my technician, lisa, was on time, extremely mindful of my needs, and did a wonderful job exerting just the right amount of pressure during my massage. looking forward to my next appointment with her. as i explore other establishments, elements pricing is very comparable. i feel there is quality and value for the price. as i previously mentioned, i will return!
