Everyone and everything about Elements Massage in Stoneham is pleasant. The staff at the front desk are always very nice to interact with, whether in person or on the phone or by text so that arranging appointments is a breeze. The waiting area is a soothing little space of tranquility, offering up a small taste of what awaits during the massage. The massage rooms aren't the most beautiful I've seen, but they are always clean and functional, and anyway, the main thing is that they contain the massage tables, where your day can be transformed from "bad" to "great" in ninety minutes or far less. The massage staff, of which I've gotten to meet quite a few, are all well trained and energetic, and ready to help you feel wonderful. They are masterful at knowing what parts of your body need work where and how. They all usually have had additional valuable information to add about health and how massage can assist with my goals to improve my health, in accordance with my healthcare team. At the end of it all you're offered a chocolate mint patty. (it used to be that you got a small bottle of water, also, which I wish you'd bring back since hydration is so important, but I'm not aware of the reasons behind stopping it.) How sweet is that?

The receptionist was pleasant, friendly and made me feel very comfortable. We had a very nice conversation while I was waiting to have my massage. My masseuse was great. She asked me if there were any specific areas I was concerned about. I told her and she massaged those areas. I felt like a million bucks when I left.

I love my massage therapist. Very skilled and knowledgeable. A little disappointed you no longer give a bottle of water at the end. The cost of the massage has risen 30% in 3 years. It seems petty to no longer give water, even if only a small one. Also, if you keep increasing cost at this rate, it might become prohibitive.
