No contracts, no sales pressure, the therapists I have seen for the most part spend the time to listen to me and get to know me and my body. Nadia when I saw her last time let me know that time was running out and checked in with me to see what I would prefer she focus on because she wouldn't have time for both my arms and the front of my legs.
The very first massage I had I wasn't upset with but I didn't feel like he was listening to me or to what I wanted. When asked by the receptionist how it was for me I shared my feedback. I wasn't complaining but she asked me what I thought. When I came in the next month I was told that the massage that day was complimentary because I wasn't happy last time.
They have great customer service and are genuinely interested in their customers getting relief and feeling better. They don't try pressure you into adding more time or other expenses into your massage. They are truly focused on giving the customer what THEY want not whatever product they are trying to push this month. Last month I received a free hot stone/sea salt addition to my massage because they were trying it out. This month there was a sign on the front desk offering it but no one asked if I wanted it or tried to pressure me into it. Also Nadia used biofreeze on my knees and wrote down for me the name of it but wasn't trying to sell it to me. She wrote it down because I asked her what it was called.

Jay is truly fantastic! I appreciate having the option to have a sports therapy type of massage. I unknowingly booked Jay without this knowledge and couldn't be happier. I finally feel like after all of the massages I have been getting, Jay made an impact on how I've been feeling more so than any other massage therapist at the other venues I tend to get massages. I've already booked my next appointment with Jay!
