The friendly and professional staff and their attentiveness and response time on replying to my texts or returning my calls. The ease of getting to the Sunnyvale location and using the online reservation system. The organization and cleaniness of the facility. Jeyreen, the new Massage Therapist is AWESOME and is a godsent. My first massage with her was excellent and what I needed. I informed her of what was bothering me and she listened and provided me with the BEST treatment that I have experienced at Elements.
