The ease of getting to the Sunnyvale location and using the online reservation system. The organization and cleaniness of the facility. Jeyreen, the new Massage Therapist is AWESOME and is a godsent. My first massage with her was excellent and what I needed. I informed her of what was bothering me and she listened and provided me with the BEST treatment that I have experienced at Elements.
