I’ve been going to elements now for about a year and all the techs are fantastic and great at what they do. Most recently I’ve seen Emily and she is incredible. Absolutely makes me feel 100% better when the session is over. Also she is friendly, funny, personable and professional. Thank you Emily & everyone at Elements!! - David

Elements in Swampscott is great all around. Good customer service and a safe space for a massage. I see Vincent regularly for a 90 minute massage and he is excellent.

the staff is always wonderful, the membership is generous, it's fairly easy to get an appointment, and the massage therapist I see (Phoebe) does wonders for my knots and brings a calming presence.
