I love Emily so much. She always listens to my complaints regarding muscle tightness and provides feedback on stretches, etc to help post treatment. Front office staff is always great and friendly. Highly recommend.

My only complaint is the awful music. It sounds like elevator or ballet music. I really wish it could be relaxing sounds like every other spa because it takes away from my experience. Love my masseuse Catherine!

Darius is phenomenal. I've had an very painful tendonitis issue going on, and can't see the PT until 3/24. Darius worked on my arm and I was almost pain free for 48 hours!

I had a facial at Elements a few days ago. It was such a wonderful experience! The lemon scrub smelled so good I wanted to eat it. Upon leaving my face felt amazing and so hydrated. I highly recommend going and getting one.
