All of the therapists there are wonderful and if you are comfortable working with men (I am). Steven and Jim are both excellent. I have gone to women most of my life but I have found these two to be very good and my back always feels better after. They also make me feel comfortable in their presence. Sharon is extremely talented at removing tightness that causes pain. Extremely talented!!! Her ability to remove a knot with only a Touch ID just as effective as dry needling only it is relaxing to the point that you could fall asleep while she does it.

I started coming to Elements in January 2026 and continue to make monthly massage appointments with Jim. Becoming a member is a good value. I highly recommend the package. at Elements, you are not stuck in an annual contract. You may decide you no longer want to have monthly messages, and there is no penalty to stop.

I had a wonderful massage with Himalayan salt stones. Jim did a great job with finding out my problem areas and made suggestions for what I could do at home for areas where I have issues.
