Appointment times are honored. I never have to wait. I am happy that the receptionist(s) do not ask me how my massage was. Of course it was great. That’s why I am a member. If I didn’t like it, I will tell you without prompting. I’ve been going to Eric for YEARS. I appreciate his level of knowledge and his strength.
