It was my 1st visit to Elements massage. The facility was clean and serene. The background music was calming and played at an appropriate volume. The peaceful setting contributed to my overall experience. All of the staff including my therapist Pam and the front desk person Carolyn were pleasant, professional and very helpful.

Cannot recommend Elements Massage at UTC highly enough. The front office staff has always been very welcoming and the massage therapists are amazing! The place itself is asthetically pretty and everything is very clean. But again, the massage therapists are top notch!
