I have been working with Brian for a while now. Initially my range of motion was so limited that I would sustain injuries every few months. I have very good range of motion now and never experience regular injuries. I have been training my shoulders for many years and had never experienced any real gains. Since working with Brian, I am now really seeing results in my training. I never would have guessed that this would make that much of a difference.
