Warmly greeted by staff; massage therapist took time to understand my needs; massage therapist applied the right amount of pressure to relieve tension in knots and to provide a relaxing experience during the hour; the entrance/waiting room was bright and comfortable; and the the massage table and room atmosphere added to a positive experience. I felt that the massage was individualized for me as advertised.
