I've been having issues with my hip, which were aggravated by a hike. Thanks to a last-minute cancellation, I was able to get in for an hour with Lito. It made all the difference in the world! Not only is the pain gone, my range of motion & flexibility are 100% better. Don't kid yourself - our bodies just don't recover like they used to once we reach a certain age, but there's no reason we can't counteract it with a little attention to self-care. My regular massages at Elements are key to my ability to stay active.

Your entire operation is excellent, from the lobby, the restrooms, and the therapy rooms, to the front desk staff -- all of them knowledgeable, professional, and helpful -- to the massage therapists themselves: I've had sessions with eight of them. All are also knowledgeable, professional, and helpful, each in their own way.

Your therapists are very good. Much better than your competitors. Lido’s massage was therapeutic for me. His technique and knowledge I’ve only encountered at Wellness Centers. The front desk staff are warm, friendly people.

I loved how peaceful and calm the lobby was. The front desk staff were friendly and easy to chat with. I liked the reading materials in the lobby, including the binder filled with information about the massage therapists. I especially appreciated the focus on their schooling and training in the field, because it made me feel like I was seeing someone who truly knows what they are doing. Andre was attentive and caring about my needs, offering me suggestions for home care and advice for future massage visits. Thanks, Elements!
