I've been having issues with my hip, which were aggravated by a hike. Thanks to a last-minute cancellation, I was able to get in for an hour with Lito. It made all the difference in the world! Not only is the pain gone, my range of motion & flexibility are 100% better. Don't kid yourself - our bodies just don't recover like they used to once we reach a certain age, but there's no reason we can't counteract it with a little attention to self-care. My regular massages at Elements are key to my ability to stay active.

Your entire operation is excellent, from the lobby, the restrooms, and the therapy rooms, to the front desk staff -- all of them knowledgeable, professional, and helpful -- to the massage therapists themselves: I've had sessions with eight of them. All are also knowledgeable, professional, and helpful, each in their own way.
