Customer Service is fabulous and it's easy to book appointments. I have two favorite people I book for massages. They are Sunny and Paige. I have had many massages over the years and this is the best place both for customer service and the expert caliber of the massages. It is great for my mental health and my body aches.

I have been going to Elements Massage for the last 4-5 years and the staff is why I keep going. My therapist Andre is the absolute best and has helped me through the last two years of rehabing frozen shoulder. He works with me on my wellness priorities and I always grateful when I leave. The office staff is also the amazing. The always make sure to help me find a time that works and know my preferences. They are welcoming when you enter and greet you by name. Just the other day, I was booking an appointment with Daura and she automatically knew the day, time and therapist that would work best for me without me saying hardly anything. I have tried other 'chain' massage studios as well as high-end spas and I absolutely love this place!
