The rooms were very relaxing, warm, and the lighting was perfect! My therapist was very nice and had the perfect pressure for my massage. It was my first ever professional massage and I enjoyed all of it!! The tables also can be turned on to warm and I loved that!! The sheets were also super soft. 10/10 recommend!

Elements provides a calm and welcoming environment. Great communication regarding appointment times and any changes. My therapist Marty truly has a gift. I've never had a better massage and Marty always addresses those spots needing the most relief. Please don't retire.
