I've been in a lot of pain recently under my rib and back. For over a week when I worked out had a constant side ache or my lower back and hip would start hurting when the issue migrated there. Not sure if this was triggered by recent travel and camping, but nothing I was doing at home was working. I was able to get in to see Sam for a 90 minute massage - I explained my issues and then general areas I struggle with. I gave him a hug at the end because I felt so much better and so much relief. I feel like I can breath again and there's more space in my body to move well without pain. I absolutely plan on booking with him again in the next month or so as I will be traveling a lot again and I'm very active preparing for races. We did some diaphragm release work too and it was great. Sam was awesome at checking in and explaining what he was doing when necessary, he is very skilled and I'm thankful for his service.
The front desk staff is always quick to greet with a smile. The lobby is always clean and playing calm music. The massage therapists have been great!
I had my first bad encounter on Tuesday. It was probably the worst massage I’ve ever had. I reluctantly mentioned it to the front desk staff. They were very apologetic and didn’t charge me for the massage. I was provided a list of massage therapists and the front desk girl went over the list and highlighted therapists that would meet my needs!
Friendly, efficient front desk personnel, great hours and accessibility, comfortable environment, lots of services offered and a massage therapist who is terrific.
Had a great experience with Makayla for my first facial.
The only detractor I have is in difficulty finding good appointment times for massage with the people I want to schedule with.
Also a lot of calls asking me to move up or down my times. Don’t love that.
