Easy to schedule a massage and get in timely when in need. I haven't taken advantage of the extra spa goodies available to purchase with your massage but I like the idea. You get to meet a new masseuse each time you schedule, if you like to change it up. Each therapist offers something different.

Everyone and everything was great! They had a drinking fountain but I think it would have been better if they offered you a bottled water or at least given you a cup of water with ability to refil if needed. Drinking extra water after a massage is essential.

I like that you can customize your experience with massages, from deep tissue to relaxing easier massage with a range of therapist. you can do add one like Himalayan salt massage, essential oil add ons, and more. I also really enjoy the sensory deprivation tanks...it's a great reset!
