While I would recommend Elements Massage at Wandermere, I would not necessarily recommend my therapist. He is an excellent therapist but his professional appearance/dress is seriously lacking. I would encourage Elements to stress with their therapists how important appearance is to your clients.

Judy is amazing. My pain has gone from a 9 to a 3-4. Looking forward to my next massage. The only thing is that I am supposed to get a free massage for signing up for vip and that never happened. Even though I mentioned it twice now. That has been irritating. But the massages are great.

The turnover has slowed down and you’ve been able to retain and recruit therapists who meet my needs more. The front desk staff is helpful to make sure I’m getting a therapist that matches the style I’m looking for. Massage is expensive so getting the right person matters.
