The staff was very friendly. The atmosphere was very relaxing and Alaina was a very good massage therapist. She gave me some stretches to do to help the massage to last and help with my stressed and tight muscles.

The service and staff are wonderful! My therapist, Alaina, is amazing and has helped my physical and mental well-being more than I can express. My only constructive feedback would be that it would be nice to have some kind of rewards program. I am a founding member, and going every month for several years, it would be nice to be able to earn perks - upgrades, discounts, etc. Especially with the price increases, I feel like I'm incurring more cost and it would be appreciated to have that in return for my tenure an loyalty. Another thought would be to give members an anniversay gift or perk. Again, I feel like this would provide an incentive and acknowledgment of being and remainging a member.
