I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve come in. The staff is consistently friendly, polite, and very accommodating. I really appreciate how easy it is to book appointments especially the waitlist feature. Recently, I couldn’t find an available time, joined the waitlist, and was able to get in the very next day, which was perfect for booking a massage for my fiancé. Emily was amazing during my facial. She was very informative, made me feel completely comfortable, and created a relaxing, welcoming environment. I also enjoyed being able to chat with her during my self-care time it made the experience even better. Overall, I love the convenience, the professionalism, and how genuinely kind everyone is. I’ve already booked more appointments and look forward to coming back.

You have massage therapists of all types, some give a very relaxing massage and some pin point the issue and work it out. The staff is very flexible when I have been unable to make an appointment. I also feel the massages are very affordable.

April was very friendly and welcoming. The amount of pressure she used was perfect. Loved the hot towels she uses on your feet and back. Especially loved the attention she gave the back of my neck. AMAZING.

Only had 1 session but I was 100% impressed with the session from Star. Not only was she very Professional she was extremely knowledgeable of all my concerns and limitations . Appreciate her to the fullest and I’m looking forward to our next session. Receptionist was also the reason I’m now an Official Member. She is definitely great at her job.

I enjoyed my time at elements massage at wendell falls. My esthetician, Emily was very good, I enjoyed our conversation and she helped me learn more about my face texture, and thorougly explained everything she used on my face, as well as items she recommended for me in the future. I didn't feel pressured into buying things like I have at other places. Definitely a place I see myself coming back to ! SHOUTOUT EMILY!
