I had an excellent massage experience. The therapist was highly professional, listened carefully to my pain points, and addressed them very effectively. After the session, he took extra time to walk me through stretches and tips I can do at home to relieve the pain and continue improving — which I truly appreciated. The front desk staff was also extremely friendly and professional. They patiently explained the membership options and made sure I understood all the benefits. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision — instead, I felt supported and informed. Ultimately, I decided to sign up for the membership because of the professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care shown by the front office team. Highly recommend.
