I suffer from chronic back pain and I booked a massage on a whim and as a last attempt before resorting to heavy medication again. Helena was amazing. I can’t say I enjoyed the massage because due to my condition it was painful, but Helena worked carefully and with obvious knowledge. She knew when to press and when to let go. It took a day or two, but for the first time in two years, my level of pain went down. I wholeheartedly recommend Elements and encourage those in pain to try massage therapy with professionals such as Helena. She was truly amazing. I can’t wait to continuing my therapy with her.
