I am grateful that Karina was able to fit me in last minute for a pedicure on a Sunday morning. My regular place in Los Angeles closed and I've had a hard time finding a good spot. I thought to myself, "Why don't I just go to Elevations when I'm in Big Bear?" Thank goodness I did! Karina did a wonderful job and from now on, I'm scheduling my nail appointments for the weekends I'm up the hill!

Everyone, from the receptionist to the array of personal service providers, bestow a sense of calm and wellness. Everything. The staff greet you right away and offer tea or water while you're waiting. The wait times are very short. Everyone treats you with respect, giving you a nice relaxing experience no matter what services you receive. I recently had a Pedi/Mani and was in heaven while receiving my pedicure. She went out of her way to make sure I had a pleasant experience, knowing I was attending a wedding, made sure I had just the right colors on my nails with a beautiful blooming flower.

It was very professional and a great quality massage. The staff speaks so highly of each other and that is always great to hear. It was my husband's first massage, and I've never been super excited about the idea of a couples massage, but it was amazing. I've already booked my next appointment!
