Working with elevations staff is always a pleasure from receptionist to the quality of services performed Feel very blessed to have my facials done by EVELYN. Big Bear Lake has services that are usually only available in Palm Springs Beverly Hills or other affluent cities. Everything was geared towards a welcoming and relaxing experience from the moment I arrived till the moment I left. I was greeted warmly at the front desk by Sonia and given a delicious cup of tea. I enjoyed pleasant conversation with the staff while waiting for my treatments to begin. The massage was wonderful, so relaxing, April hit all the right spots! I finished up with a delightful visit with Rhonda, while she gave me a stylish and perfect haircut. Thank you Elevations for a wonderful day.

My massage was amazing! The masseuse, Rae, is the best I have ever had. She listens to your needs. I bruise really easily, so I need a light pressure. She is the only masseuse I have ever had that has never bruised me. I come out feeling refreshed and relaxed.

My friends and I have been coming to Elevations for 18 years. The spa setting is lively and relaxing! Every service we have had there is done by a very kind and skilled aesthetician or massage therapist. I canny recommend this spa enough! My favorite is a facial- my skin glows for weeks after!

I am grateful that Karina was able to fit me in last minute for a pedicure on a Sunday morning. My regular place in Los Angeles closed and I've had a hard time finding a good spot. I thought to myself, "Why don't I just go to Elevations when I'm in Big Bear?" Thank goodness I did! Karina did a wonderful job and from now on, I'm scheduling my nail appointments for the weekends I'm up the hill!
