The environment is inspiring and relaxing the moment you walk in the door. Each treatment area has its own special ambience. Everyone, from the receptionist to the array of personal service providers, bestow a sense of calm and wellness. I've been a patron for over 20 years and this wonderful refuge has achieved incredible consistency and results.

Everything. The staff greet you right away and offer tea or water while you're waiting. The wait times are very short. Everyone treats you with respect, giving you a nice relaxing experience no matter what services you receive. I recently had a Pedi/Mani and was in heaven while receiving my pedicure. She went out of her way to make sure I had a pleasant experience, knowing I was attending a wedding, made sure I had just the right colors on my nails with a beautiful blooming flower.

It was very professional and a great quality massage. The staff speaks so highly of each other and that is always great to hear. It was my husband's first massage, and I've never been super excited about the idea of a couples massage, but it was amazing. I've already booked my next appointment!

Elevations is a calm beautiful facility. Evelyn did a wonderful facial for me and afterwards I floated out to my car. The receptionist offered water and the the lobby is a lovely spot to rest. The spa speaks of serenity.

I have been going to Elevations for 4 years and have never had a bad experience. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. Recently I had my hair done by Tracy and she was wonderful. She helped me decide on a new style and did a great job cutting my hair. I also enjoy the massages - all of the massage therapist are wonderful. Thank you Elevations for being in Big Bear Lake!!
