Mrs. Schlum is by far the best Real Estate Agent I have ever had, hands down. I am amazed at her knowledge and expertise of the industry. She really has an eye for details and knows how to get potential buyers laser beam focused on those that matter. I know the market is doing very well for buyers but I never thought I would get what we got for our house. In fact, she told us what she thought we would get from the beginning and I remember thinking, that's wishful but to my astonishment she absolutely correct. When Mrs. Schlum decorated our home for showing and I looked at the pictures I couldn't believe it was our home. It look so good I thought, why didn't we ever think of doing any of this!
