I wish I could remember her name, but we needed to try a different groomer since our usual one wasn't available. We have a difficult dog - both her personality and her thick coat are challenging, but this groomer had our girl looking beautiful again! We appreciate her helping us out and would definitely feel comfortable having her help us out in the future. Thank you!

I absolutely love the Elk River location. The staff is excellent. The reward program is great. This particular trip wasn’t ideal as they were out of the big bag of dog food I purchase so I had to get a small one and now I have bag one of twelve in that size but I get that can happen from time to time. Love this store regardless.
