It was my first experience using the self serve dog wash. I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean, provided towels, shampoo/conditioner, and aprons. Unfortunately, I learned from experience that next time I will definitely use the waterproof apron! The online scheduling was very easy and the staff were very helpful. I will definitely be back to use the self serve dog wash.

My groomer Stacey is the best! And everyone at the Elk River location is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products! If we walk in without our dog to buy dog food the staff still recognizes us and says “ your Pudge’s dad’ which just amazes my husband.
