Elke did everything to make sure selling our home was a relatively easy process. She explained everything as we went along. She gave reminders of things we needed to do. She was always available for questions and gave great suggestions. When things started to go a little sideways with the buyer/offer, she was able to talk us through it to wind up with a compromise we were comfortable with. I can’t say enough about Elke and how she handles her business, she’s the best!

Elke was more like a friend than a realtor, and treated the sale of my house with the care and dilligence of a very supportive and knowledgeable friend. She helped me in many ways to prepare my home for sale, and kept me informed in a very timely manner of the activity on the listing. Her advice was invaluable. I contacted Elke because she had sold another house in the neighborhood for what seemed a very good price for the Seller. She set up an appointment to come view my house. She walked through, and got an idea about the value, although she also had to work with an appraiser to come with a solid number.
Elke gave me suggestions and contacts to put the house into the best possible light and condition for sale.
When the house was ready to go, Elke had a 3D presentation created on a Thursday. She came up with a pricing strategy, which I signed off on, and the house was listed the following day.
Over the weekend, I believe there were 12-14 showings. By Monday, we had 6-7 solid offers, all above asking price. The house closed within a month of the listing.
I had no understanding at all of how to sell a home. Elke handled everything. She was never pushy but instead always available and helpful. She responded to every text or call promptly, was always professional, and went far beyond the call of duty in selling my home.
I told her, and I will tell you. I did one thing right in selling my home, and that was asking Elke to be the person to lead me though this process.
There are no words to explain my gratitude and appreciation for Elke, and the entire Reinhart team, in making the sale of my house such a positive and amazing experience. Thank you so much.
