I loved the classes because in 45 efficient minutes I would get a great cardio workout. Cardio can be boring, but the fun, energetic instructors, great music & challenging sets made the time go by quickly. I am still devastated that you closed; I haven't found anything that compares to it yet.

Ali was a great instructor! I loved the family oriented gym. Always felt it was inclusive and clean. A great workout too!

Being my first time, I enjoyed hiding behind the dimness effect, as to not feel over anxious or embarrassed. The instructor Erin was very patient, encouraging and welcoming. Just as friendly was the staff. I'm still feeling the burn but I have to say I rather enjoyed the Boxing experience. Will come again.

I like that there were only 3 students and the instructor still taught it as if there was a full class. Great Customer Service even at 7am. Great concept as well! If I was on an Elliptical on my own, I can't stay on longer than 20 minutes. This class was motivating and challenging.

I like interval training and like the variety of the class. You can modify to your fitness level and challenge yourself.

Variety, able to control the speed and tension of the elliptical, great attitude of instructors. I especially like Dana's cross-fit class on Saturday mornings.

Good workout in a short time. I would come more, but I can't afford to join your studio, and do something else, such as strength training and yoga - which is why I do classpass, but not sure I love that either. If you could run amazing specials for 10 pack of classes, or offer discounts for classes that aren't filled typically, or within say 2 hours of the class, I think you might have more people. Better to charge $12 a class and fill it up, then only 2 folks in the class at $20+. Many times the classes are pretty empty so sell discounted classes and fill them up! The competition is steep, so make it more attractive to join. I would like to come 2x a week.

I love all the instructors at EF but I've had Danielle the last few classes so she's fresh on my mind. She's AWESOME! Cool as a cucumber- so comfortable and confident in her instruction. She makes me want to be just as confident in all my moves. And her music is the best- always different and get's me in the spirit!
