Tom was a wonderful help. He explained in full detail the difference in bikes as I wasn’t sure what I really wanted. He made sure the bike was comfortable for me and that I knew how to use it when I test rode it. When my husband came back with me he explained things again to him. Very patient. Tom always made sure that I understood what he was talking about and that this was a bike that I wanted and was comfortable on it.
