I don't remember the person's name that helped me. But she knew exactly what I wanted. And was really helpful in explaining how to use the bike, first use etc. The person that was in the back put everything on and swapped seats etc so I could test everything out. It was ready to ride once I left the store. I really appreciate the help.

Brought my bike in with wobbly rear wheel. I suppose could have sold me new bearings. But was told my axle was installed incorrectly. 30 bucks...bada bing, bada boom!!! Ready by noon next day! I appreciate that!
