I had a big box store little bike (I got from a rummage sale) I took in to get it repaired but the sizes of the tires and training wheels they carry were not compatible.
My great grandson hopped on one of the small bikes and was flying around the store just like a pro, he wasn’t afraid to ride it. The ‘old’ bike was tippy and scared him. There was no room to adjust the training wheels on it.
I am happy with my purchase and the very helpful salesman.

The products are all quality, from big named manufacturers. The service is top notch! They really work to understand your needs, then deliver exactly as promised. I just brought my bike in for its annual tuneup. The final bill was exactly to the penny what was provided on the quote. No surprises! Definitely would recommend Emery's in The Falls for all your cycling needs.

Ben, Lisa, and most recently Pat, have been SO knowledgeable, helpful, and not pushy in providing us information on choosing and maintaining our first set of E-Bike that we purchased last August (2025). A Reid utility E-Bike for me and a Trek Townie for my wife. Ben put together for my Reid a basket to have on the back of the Reid rack and he created a dual E-Bike rack for both of them on our VW Tiguan. We came in yesterday to get warranty parts quickly put on the Townie with Pat and Ben reminding us how to securely fasten the rack to the car and the Townie. THANK YOU!

The team at Emerys is by far the best i have ever experienced from any bike shop.
They are very friendly and exceptionally good at what they do. The turnaround time is fast! Many times they will get what you need while you wait. You will also be greeted by their very well behaved Black Lab, Tilly. She is very sweet.

I’ve had a lot of good experiences shopping at the Milwaukee location, and it was more of the same this time at Menomonee Falls. The only reason I out a 9 instead of 10 is that I’m more likely to send someone to the Milwaukee location, purely based on Geography.
The staff was helpful and polite, and good about asking for advice amongst themselves to make sure that my son and I got a bike that fits him.

They had what I needed to order as a custom order and it came several weeks sooner than expected. Delivery and setup was great also and the men did a fantastic job setting up my machine as it is extremely heavy, [A SciFit Pro 1000]. Store communication was great on the phone and via emails. I never had to wait for answers to my questions. Definitely will buy from Emerys again when I need a fitness product.
