When deciding to purchase e-bikes from Emerys I was buying and trusting the store as much as the Troxus brand. Ben and his staff were very helpful and informative and who doesn't love getting to pet the resident store dog!

Where to begin. Cycling is more than an activity for my little family. It's a lifestyle. Our happy place. So, to have a local shop where every member of the team has so much knowledge is an absolute godsend. I haven't been to the shop a ton, but every time I'm there, I feel like I have a trusted relationship with the staff. That gives me utmost confidence in every purchase I make - that I'm getting the right bike/gear/etc., and that it's going to do exactly what I want it to. The service department is top-notch. Given their massive workload, they turn around my orders quickly. And I love being in the shop and learning exactly what they're going to do. Just watching them go over my bike to diagnose the issue and how to fix it gives me a ton of comfort as a customer. I just can't say enough about how much I love Emery's, and I'm looking forward to repping them in my upcoming Half-Ironman with my Emery's tri suit.

I don't remember the person's name that helped me. But she knew exactly what I wanted. And was really helpful in explaining how to use the bike, first use etc. The person that was in the back put everything on and swapped seats etc so I could test everything out. It was ready to ride once I left the store. I really appreciate the help.
