Lisa helped me select my new bicycle. I am a casual bicyclst who does not know much about bikes. She did a great job explaining the differernt models that met what I was looking for. I selected a Trek Verve 2. The entire experience couldn't have been better.

Ben gave us a very comprehensive lesson on ebikes and explained things very well. Customer service at pick up was wonderful and we were soon on our first ebike outing.

As a woman, I appreciate that you have a female associate (Lisa) who rides and really knows what she’s talking about and how parts of the bike affect women differently than men. That said, all the guys were friendly and encouraging too. And you can’t beat being greeted by two dogs!

Such great service and staff. Ben guided me and helped me prioritize my needs and wants into the right bike. Matt was very helpful fitting me for my bike and finding the perfect seat.
