very happy with swim lessons in general. this summer I wasn't super thrilled. across the 9 lessons my son had 5 different instructors (Tues AM 9:05 class). This arrangement completely lacked consistency . While he continued to make progress I felt like he could've made much more had he not had such a wide range of instructors. I understand sometimes people are absent but we were informed no 1 teacher was assigned to the class and that was why there were so many. Not thrilled with the summer programming!

I like the variety of fitness classes and I appreciate the health and wellness programs offered. It is a holistic approach to health.

Great selection and times. My only complaint is that a member I get frustrated that I end up a wait list for swim lessons. This has happened twice so far and that means no swim lessons for a session unless I sign up for an outside swim class which to me, defeats the purpose of being a member of the YMCA.

Enjoy the outdoor pool area, low impact weight room. Wish you had more people walking around to show you how to use exercise equipment. Also very limited classes for pickleball should have classes at night.

I like the evening and weekend classes because those fit my schedule best. I like the ease of the e-gym and the help from the trainers provided. I haven’t taken advantage of many other programs yet.

I have enjoyed our time at the YMCA. My only complaint is that the cost of the summer pool membership is really, really high. It is disappointing.

I have been take the exercise classes 5 days a week for the past 25 years. The instructors are excellent. They are extremely motivating. Linda is a true asset to Emilson especially during the pandemic. She should be commended for carrying the Y thru that terrible time. Linda always shows up with bells and whistles on and gives everyone a fantastic workout. If you haven’t noticed, Linda’s classes are always full. The Y wouldn’t be what it is today if she left during the Pandemic. Hopefully, she doesn’t leave because she’s 10 years younger than me and feel she has kept me in great shape over the years at the Y.

Ben Leung set up a great full body workout program for me and walked me through it this morning. Ben was respectful, thoughtful and supportive for my first session. It was an enjoyable start to the 6 week

Honestly I mostly use the weight room, and the activities rooms when no classes are in session.

We just rejoined last month but I like the fact that everything is kept clean and there are a lot of varieties for classes. Get to join one but plan on next month
