The Emilson Y is my home away from home. I try to get there at least three times a week, spending approximately 4 hours during each workout in the fitness area, shooting hoops in the gym and/or swimming in one of the pools. The facilities are great, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I'm fortunate to be able to help out with the Hoopstars Basketball Program once a week. The Y is great!
