Daniel understood what I wanted with my hair and pulled off a great haircut. Then Crystal did a fine job of waxing my nose and ears. All round, I came out of Empire looking like a spruced-up human being! I shall return.

Beard trim and the chat were great. The only thing I could have used is a bit of a brush, blow or vacuum cleanup after the trim. Was left with quite a bit of hair on my face and ears. Luckily I was headed home, so I was able to do it soon after.

The explanation of the different tiers of haircuts was very easy to understand and online booking super straightforward. At my appointment the entire staff was super friendly and welcoming. Ashley was AMAZING! I went there for a dramatic chop of my hair and she spent a lot of time talking with me and looking over photos to make sure she knew exactly what I wanted. She checked in multiple times throughout about length and was very gentle. I LOVE my haircut and will 100% be booking again!
