While the style talent is top notch (when I walk out, I look a thousand times better), the biggest difference about Empire is that everyone who works there exudes kindness and consideration. You make me feel so welcome and you seem genuinely happy to be there. It’s such a positive energy, I love it.

They always have amazing staff. Super friendly and caring. My hair was VERY damaged from somebody bleaching it off. They have been working with me while it grows back, and my curls come grow back in. They always do their best to fit me in last min with my normal staff member, but if it doesn’t work will find somebody else. My schedule changes pretty last min so I don’t always know when I can come in.

I had been looking for a new hairstylist which can be anxiety inducing for me, but, I heard great things about Jordy and their shags. They made me feel incredibly comfortable, and I love the result of my hair! All the staff I ran into was also very kind. It is a very warm and welcoming space!!

I'm from out of town and needed a cut. I found Empire online and when I called they were able to squeeze me in! I had an amazing cut by an amazing human who was so kind and took great care with my hair. Thanks for the hot tip on Shelter! It was great too :)
