So many things. To begin with, the beautiful plants, everywhere! It lets me know I'm in a space that's cared for, and, I dunno, I just love plants, OK? Whether I'm coming in with my chin up, feeling like a pro, or scattered, anxious and feeling like an imposter, Jordy can make me feel at ease. She pumps my tires a little bit, tames my mop of hair and I come out looking and feeling better than when I arrived. Kudos, Rory

As a visitor from England it can be a little daunting finding somewhere to get your hair cut. Daniel at Empire was recommended to me by a friend and as a specialist in pixie cuts for those with thick hair. Daniel and the entire team were so very friendly, welcoming and made the whole thing a lovely lovely treat. The quality of the cut is fantastic - I only wished you were in Yorkshire England.

The stylists and staff are just so fabulous at what they do. Coming to Empire (for any service) is like visiting with your best friend…. The atmosphere, vibe and setting in the salon is so tranquil you literally feel your shoulders dropping and the stress vanished from your body! Can’t recommend them enough!!!!! Service provided by Daniel and Jordy 💜

Daniel is the best hair dresser ever. The front desk staff is absolutely amazing and so hospitable. Loved the iced coffee I got made and I just think that Crystal and her team have created such a warm, inviting space that does phenomenal service.

Jordy was amazing, they were so easy to chat with, super informative about the haircutting process and all the styling info I'd need for afterwards. I had so much fun getting my haircut and I felt very listened to along the way about what I was hoping to get out of my hair. 10/10 the best haircut experience I've had. The studio was also stunning and everyone who works there seems so fun and cool. I felt like I was very much in good hands and will definitely be coming back.
