Jeanne’s class was wonderful. Some of the classes (e.g., Leah’s) are too hot. This class was perfect. I wish slightly less hot classes were still offered.

I absolutely love the classes that empower offers. I started off going to Solstice and then got the hopper class. I am glad to know that the overall quality and care the instructors put into their classes and clients is consistent at both places. Its my new favorite place to be.
