I love, love, love the power vinyasa and I love the heat. I need yoga that gets me into a flow and out of mind and gets me to work up a sweat. The instructors are amazing (Jeanne, Brittney, Eileen, Caroline, Kelly). I also really enjoy Eileen’s Pilates class on Tuesday and Thursday at noon. She puts a lot of thought into the workout and the music. I’ve done yoga at other local studios and in North Conway at hot asana but they are just too slow and not hot enough. I like the option to do virtual classes when I'm away or can't make it to the studio. I miss Elizabeth as an instructor and wish she would come back, but the other instructors are also very good.
