An amazing experience from start to finish. At my first meeting with Enas and Brittany, they provided a comprehensive explanation for pricing and marketing my home. They were in constant communication and due to their expertise, I obtained multiple offers and was able to go under contract in a week. I've bought and sold multiple homes and was referred to Enas and her team from a previous realtor out of state. I like the dedicated team of real estate agents and brokers who work hard to meet their customers’ goals. The team goes the extra mile for the customer at every step of the process. They answer customer questions at the beginning and throughout the process. They advise and recommend the best way to handle any situation that might come up during the process. They always give the customer available choices and a chance to choose on their own. They do help with making choices if the customer requests them to participate in decision-making. Overall, the team is the best of the best.

From the very first meeting with Catie- we knew that she would be the one to find us our dream home! She work endlessly to find us options and set up tours of potential homes. After being out bid a couple of times, and losing a house out of our control, she continued to work to get us in a home. This is the third time I have worked with the Enas Latif Sales Team. This time, both Lucas Perna and Liz Watson assisted me with the sale of my home. I was thrilled to have multiple offers and accepted an offer 55,000 over list price with excellent terms. They walked me through every step and what to expect, they were there to give me advise on all fronts and their knowledge helped me get top dollar for my home. I am confident my results would not have been the same, had I not had their assistance. They were extremely responsive to my many questions. And most importantly, I trusted them and knew they were always looking out for my best interests. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend.

I loved attending the first-time home buyer class & meeting Brittany. She was awesome to work with! She really helped us get our deal accepted which was so important as we had very little experience shopping for a house. It was great to receive those resources at the class because I also consulted with Maha even though we were already speaking with a different lender. She was super nice as well. The client appreciation event was great too because I was able to connect with Brittany again in person, and we discussed how things were progressing on our path towards closing. The Enas Latif Sales Team excells at providing opportunities for home buyers to understand and succeed in a process that is not very familiar for most people. They are approachable, friendly, and they make the whole experience user-friendly.
