Dear Enduro team,
Despite a long talk about how poorly was handle the bike fitting at Enduro, no refund was issue and a gift card was proposed.
The gift card is still active which good but I am no confidence and no interests to come back to a store with such a poor customer service.
I am an fervent supporter of local businesses and do most if not all my purchases in local businesses (not online or in big box stores). Through this support, I know and willing to pay sometimes higher price to get our city and streets more vibrant. In return although, I expect a good service al least which was really not the case during my last experience.
What’s with putting pricetags on shop floor bikes that don’t match the website? Or two different pricetags on the same bike?
Clarity is better than these games. Otherwise service is good.
Phenomenal service all round. TT bike was damaged during a flight, TT bars snapped, rear derailleur broken, pedal broken and bike bag frame damaged. The bike was fixed that evening after only dropping it off at 5pm.
Highly highly recommend this store for any bike needs you may have.
The team is very knowledgeable and the service team has never let me down. I like that you work from appointments and I can book my maintenance ahead of time.
