You were honest about when you would begin working on my bike and when it would the service would be completed. In fact, you were able to have it finished and ready sooner than projected, even after you found other problems and repaired them. The service was great, the repairs were completed and my bike looked great. Most of all, it performed well when I rode it on challenging trails all weekend.
