I was ordering a Christmas gift for my grandson. The transaction was done over the phone , which was really convenient as I did not have time to go down there that day. I don't remember who I spoke to but he was awesome. They held it for me and I went down there two days later to pick it up when it was convenient for me, that's important. Absolutely no problems. During a busy time like Christmas week that's really important and says a lot about the store. I would definitely buy from the store again. It's highly recommended by a number of people I know that bike frequently.
