Shawn--- Very informative, pleasant with direct statements of facts, efficient and businesslike. Months Prior to my purchase of the eletra townie go - trek e bike , i had a semi severe cut opening on my leg and asked the shop for help. Shawn was extremely helpful and was able to help in the first aid of my wounded leg. Im pleased with my new bike, pleased with Shawn and pleased with epicycle center
