First of all, I own a Trek Top Fuel 9.9 and a Checkmate SLR 9. These are the best bikes that I have ever owned. So I like your products. But more importantly, I live in Monterey and Epicenter Cycling is the best bike store that I have ever frequented. Dave, the manager, is the most knowledgeable bike person that I have ever known. Plus, he is pleasant and personable. I have been to all kinds of bike stores during my life, and many sales people at bike stores are arrogant and snotty. The sales and service people at Epicenter Cycling are very pleasant and helpful. Colin the service guy is awesome. Nicky, another service guy, is humble, knowledgeable and helpful. My point is that Trek sells great bikes, but the customer service at Epicenter Cycling in Monterey is off the charts amazing.

I love the service .. I took my Modelo bike for service and also added some fenders that I could not find they took care of that and they did an excellent job on my bike. They transfer my bike super nice. I’m ready to go to the beach now. Dave and his staff are friendly and amazing. I recommend the Bike Shop to everyone.
