Epicenter Cycling is a great bike company. John, my husband, and I have purchased four Trek bikes due to comfort and craftsmanship. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable, too. Having a few locations makes it easy to get service when needed.

Your shop is totally professional from the manager on down. The mechanic at the Pacifica Epic is great and if he is not in the staff is super knowledgeable. Also, having the mechanics trained on the Shimano drive train is super smart since it is so popular. Great parts, I like Trek but would like to see a bit more variation when it comes to Enduro Mtn E-bikes.
