This is [FIRST NAME REMOVED] in Pacifica, recently brought in my non-boost 2012 era SID XX fork for a seal repair (full rebuild). I think the owner [FIRST NAME REMOVED] worked on it on Santa Cruz. WOW - excellent service. I have had other shops tell me to take a hike before on my bikes. Epicenter Cycling has once again come through with excellent service. And the staff and the Pacifica location is soo dope and friendly. My previous experice was a year-ish ago with a 2015 Santa Cruz with a creak in the cranks from a blown out BB. Three shops old me to warranty the frame. Epicenter Cycling Pacifica location put a Praxis BB and low and behold better than new. You guys seriously rock!

Epicenter is a great shop for mountain bikes. It’s hard to find a shop with specific knowledge of mountain bikes in San Francisco. Just a quick trip down to Pacifica solves the problem. They are friendly and great prices on service too.

I like this shop for its excellent service, provided by great people who enjoy what they do and not afraid of challenges. I work on my bikes and have decent tools, but when it comes to odd things I always go there. And it is not just for the tools. Chad and Caleb are bicycle gurus, and everyone else on the team is willing to help.

My wife and I had our new electric bicycles assembled ahead of schedule and below the expected cost, which was less than half the time and cost quoted by REI for the same service. Even though we did not purchase our bicycles from Epicenter Cycling, we were treated like VIP customers. I will return for parts and service for future biking needs.
