Your shop is totally professional from the manager on down. The mechanic at the Pacifica Epic is great and if he is not in the staff is super knowledgeable. Also, having the mechanics trained on the Shimano drive train is super smart since it is so popular. Great parts, I like Trek but would like to see a bit more variation when it comes to Enduro Mtn E-bikes.

Upon contacting the store, I engaged in a conversation with Cliff, who informed me that they had a Trek Precaliber 24 in Aloha Green in stock. I subsequently requested that the bike be placed on hold, as I would not be able to retrieve it until the store’s closing time. Cliff demonstrated exceptional assistance by promptly setting aside the bike and ensuring that it was prepared for my collection upon my arrival at the store.
