The shop manager, Cliff, is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Better to order things through the shop and help keep them open than ordering from the big online giant all the time. Their bike service / repair / maintenance is solid. I've always had good experience with their service. I wish bike shops had more brand selection and variety in bikes like the "good old days", but uniform offerings aren't something unique to Epicenter. That trend is everywhere. What's great about Epicenter is their friendliness, helpful attitude, and solid service.

Store manager is very knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about bikes. You can tell they're craftsmen by all of the small tools they have in their shop - and sell!- from Park Tool (they're expensive but the best). Prices are very fair. Love having this place in the neighborhood.
