I like this shop for its excellent service, provided by great people who enjoy what they do and not afraid of challenges. I work on my bikes and have decent tools, but when it comes to odd things I always go there. And it is not just for the tools. Chad and Caleb are bicycle gurus, and everyone else on the team is willing to help.

My wife and I had our new electric bicycles assembled ahead of schedule and below the expected cost, which was less than half the time and cost quoted by REI for the same service. Even though we did not purchase our bicycles from Epicenter Cycling, we were treated like VIP customers. I will return for parts and service for future biking needs.

I liked the fact that I received a call the same day I submitted my repair request. I also liked the fact that the replacement rim part cost was not any more than what I found on line, and that the shop did not try inflate the part/material costs.
