Eric took the time to really understand what our needs are in buying a home. He was always highly responsive and accessible every time we had a question...and believe me we had plenty!! If he didn't know the answer right away he was sure to let us know that and he would find the answer and get back to us within 24 hours. Eric is trustworthy and truly had our best interests at heart, which is invaluable in this market. We are newly empty nesters and certainly not first time home buyers. That said, we have high expectations and Eric did not disappoint.
